How do I find an event?
Enter an event, artist or city in Search. On the Events page you can also choose a city, category and date and apply the filters. To start again, clear the filters.
Do I have to give my precise location?
No. Choosing a country and city yourself is enough to search. Your browser may ask for location access only if you choose Use my current location. You can refuse that permission, choose a different city later, or remove the saved location by clearing this site's data in your browser. The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy explain how your location is stored.
Why are some results from other cities?
Events that match your filters appear in the results. If there are only a few, other events from the same city or a wider area may be suggested in a separate, clearly labelled section. Suggestions do not necessarily match all of your filters.
What if nothing is found?
You will see a no-results message. You can change the date or category, try another city or clear the filters. If related suggestions are available, they appear below the message, separate from the main results.
Where can I see an event's status?
On event cards and event pages, labels such as “Cancelled” or “Ended” show an event's known status. Times and status can change, so check the official source again before you set off or pay. An event that has been unpublished by our Admin team no longer appears in public listings, and its old link shows a message that it is unavailable.
How do I buy tickets?
If an official ticket link has been recorded for an event, the event page takes you to the seller's site. ShabAvaz does not take payments or issue tickets. Check prices, availability, entry rules and refunds on that site. If there is no ticket button, that does not mean the event is free or that sales have closed; check the event's sources.
How do I find the venue and directions?
The recorded address appears in the location section of the event page. When an address is available, the directions link opens an external map service. For an online event, check the joining details on the same page and with the official source.
Where do images and text come from?
An event image may show that performance, or be a suitable image of the artist or venue that has been cleared for use. In the development environment, sample images carry a “Sample image” label and are not presented as real photos of an event. When a source provides information in only one language, the text in the other language may be an automatic translation or the original-language text, and is flagged for review.
How do I report wrong information?
Once the contact form is open, choose the “Event correction” topic and include the page link and what is wrong.
Can I submit an event?
Once the submission form is open, you can send the event's details and, if you wish, an image. The image is optional, but an event is not published without a suitable image. Every request is reviewed before publication, and sending one does not mean it will be published.
